first_img Defensive end Josh Mauro is reconnecting with former Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator James Bettcher by joining the New York Giants.The team announced the signing on Monday afternoon.Mauro, who was released by the Cardinals on Friday, started seven games in 2017 and made 22 tackles, including 1.0 sack.Entering his fifth year, Mauro played more than 13 games for Arizona in each of the last three seasons and was an free agent signing out of Stanford in 2014.
