Royal Challengers Bangalore’s chances of qualifying for the play-offs virtually ended in this season of the Indian Premier League.In the 18th over of Bangalore’s chase of Pune’s total of 157/3, Kohli’s lone resistance finally came to an end. Kohli found substitute fielder Mayank Agarwal off a full delivery from Dan Christian after losing eight partners.  Captain Kohli, in a post match interview, reiterated his point of performing as a team and his teams collective failure again with the bat. “I think it’s for everyone to see. We lost that game. It’s hard for a captain to stand here and talk when the team is performing like this,” he said.The fear of failing have been hunting the batsmen of Bangalore, Kohli accepted, saying that they have to take it in their stride.”Just got take it in my stride, got to move forward and learn from these kind of games. We are trying hard, but it’s the lack of intent. Guys are fearful of getting out and failing. We lost that game rather than them winning it,” he added.Kohli made it clear that the his Bangalore team would now be able to ‘freely’ play the remaining four games in this year’s IPL.”We are almost not in the race for the play-offs.
