first_img1 Paulo Dybala in action for Palermo Chelsea and Arsenal have been been given a fresh boost that they can sign Palermo forward Paulo Dybala after the club’s vice-president said that the Premier League duo can pay more money to clinch his signature.Dybala is rated one of the best young forwards in Italy and has been strongly linked with a switch to England.Both Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger are believed to be big admirers of the Argentine forward and could be set to make their move at the end of the season.Dybala has already stated that he would like to stay in Italy as Juventus are also linked with his signature, but Palermo vice-president Guglielmo Micciche says he may have to look abroad during the summer.Micciche, speaking on Tele Radio Stereo, said: “He’s the most prominent player on the international market.“He’s young and has quality, not just in a technical sense, and is wanted by major international clubs.“It’s clear that if foreign companies decide to close a deal they can do it without any major obstacles.“That said, Juventus, for example, can compete for his signature, not least because of the revenue they’ve generated from certain competitions [the Champions League].“Roma have proven last summer that they’re willing to invest certain figures in the transfer market.“Those big Italian clubs have moved for Dybala, but internationally practically everyone wants him.”last_img
